It is always possible a product does not meet your demands. A product may always be returned or traded for free within 14 days. Please note, the product may not be damaged and the packaging must be intact. Within 7 workdays after receiving the returned product we will return the payment costs to the bank account used for purchase.

If you would like to trade your product you may order the wanted product. Upon returning your product add “trade” to your reason for return on the back of the packaging. Your newly ordered product will be shipped after receiving the returned product. When the returned product does not meet the return standards we may decide to decline to future orders. Incomplete delivery
Upon receiving an incomplete order, we advise you to contact us via 077 321 1404 or send an E-mail to customerservice@biobuddi.com.
Note the following: the product number, this is the number starting with BB-, and note which part you are missing. You may receive the missing part within 3 workdays. Please note: When the product is purchased in a store other than our webshop we may ask you for an receipt, upon receiving this we will send you the missing part(s).
