How to place your order

 

Here’s a step-by-step look at the checkout process:

 

1. Choose an item of your liking that you wish to purchase and select ‘Buy’.
You’ll immediately be taken to your shopping cart.

 

2. From inside your shopping cart, you can choose to ‘Continue shopping’, change the quantity of each product, or ‘Go to checkout’. When making changes in your cart, don’t forget to press ‘Update cart’

 

3. Once all the items you wish to purchase are listed in your shopping cart, you’re ready to begin the checkout process. Click on ‘Go to checkout’.

 

4. Make sure you’re logged into your account. If not, you will be prompted to log in before being able to continue to the Ship, Bill and pay screen.
If you don’t have an account with BiOBUDDi, you may create an account and still continue to check out. If you’ve forgotten your username and password, you may have them sent to you by simply clicking on the link ‘Forgot your password?’

 

5. After logging in you will see your order information and your complete cost, including shipping. Please look over all of the information as this is what will be submitted to and used by BiOBUDDi. If you need to alter any of the information, go back to your shopping cart.

 

6. When your order is correct, go ahead and fill in your personal information, make sure everything is filled in properly. Then click on ‘next’to continue payment.

 

7. You have now given the chance to check your order once again and add a voucher code on the top screen. When all the information is correct you will be asked to choose a payment method. Simply select the payment method you would like, and click ‘place order’

 

8. Once your order has been completed you will receive a confirmation email with an order number as a reference and a link to a tracking number once the order is shipped, so that you can track the delivery of your order.

Different payment options

During the process of ordering, you may choose the payment method of your liking. BiOBUDDi supports the following payment methods:

 

1. Bank transaction.
If your bank is not compatible with iDEAL you may pay via a bank transaction. Add your order number to the transaction to the BiOBUDDi Group B.V. bank account and we will process your order once the purchased is received.ABN Amro Bank

2. Credit card
The BiOBUDDi webshop supports the use of credit cards.

 

3. IDEAL
With iDEAL you may pay your purchases safely and easily online. The trusted provider offers transactions with the safety warranty of your own bank. You may use iDEAL without signing in. iDEAL is only accessible to Dutch bank accounts. iDEAL supports the following banks; ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers. Orders are processed directly after the transaction.
 

4. PayPal
If you own a PayPal account you may use it for your purchases in the BiOBUDDi webshop. PayPal is the safe way for online transactions without sharing any personal information. Link your bank account or credit card and complete your transaction in a matter of clicks.
